The project scope encompassed the construction of new Compound Access Buildings, enhancements to perimeter security, and the installation of new Compound Emergency Sanctuary structures. It also included the implementation of a tree protection fence, new concrete and asphalt pavements, landscaping, and a comprehensive utility system comprising electrical, domestic water, fire protection, sewerage, stormwater management, telecom/data, and technical security systems. Site works involved fencing, lighting, roadways, sidewalks, and the relocation, renovation, or demolition of existing structures.
As major components of this project, we constructed two one-story concrete frame Compound Access Buildings, equipped with water and sanitary sewer connections, grounding, lighting, technical security system (TSS) connections, and a power distribution panel with voice and data outlets. Additionally, we developed two Compound Emergency Sanctuary structures—one within an existing building and the other as a new one-story concrete frame structure—complete with grounding, power, lighting, telecom, and TSS systems.
Perimeter security enhancements were implemented around the compounds, featuring the installation of stainless steel and wood composite picket fencing along the existing concrete perimeter wall, as well as a new concrete perimeter wall attached to the existing structure. Furthermore, local guard booths were constructed to enhance security operations.
