We are proud to have been chosen to complete the Additional Housing and Interim NOX project for the U.S. Consulate in Karachi, Pakistan. Our team of experts was given the task of providing complete design and construction services, contract coordination, and supervision to ensure that all project requirements were met within the established schedules. We understand that in such an extensive project, clear communication and thorough management are crucial to its successful completion. Our team worked diligently to ensure that every aspect of the project was executed seamlessly.
The site for this project was located on a 20.7-acre plot of steppe terrain in a hot and arid climate zone. We were confident in our ability to handle the project, as our team has extensive experience working in such conditions. Our team at Epik International ensured that the site was ready-to-build, and we worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was completed without any unnecessary delays.
The location of the project site was at the intersection of Mai Lolachi Road to the west and M.T. Khan Road to the north, with a local street to the south and private housing development to the east. Our team was excited to work on this project, as the location presented many exciting opportunities for the creation of a world-class development. The major project elements included staff residences, recreational facilities, marine security guard residence addition, utility expansion, and interim NOX.
As a part of this extensive project, our team at Epik International was responsible for site work, site improvements, MSGR expansion, renovations to existing MSG residence, and upgrades to emergency power backup generators. We also took charge of designing and constructing a repurposed, pre-engineered modular building along with associated site work, ensuring that the facility was compliant with all OBO and DS security and life-safety standards.
At Epik International, we believe in delivering high-quality construction projects that exceed our clients' expectations. Our team worked hard to ensure that every aspect of this project was completed with precision, and we are proud of the final outcome. We are excited to continue providing top-notch construction services to clients across the globe and look forward to future projects that challenge our team to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible.
