The scope of the renovation involves significant modifications to the existing U.S. Embassy campus in Bogotá, encompassing various buildings. Key focus areas include enhancing the consular waiting area, creating functional workstations, and upgrading essential systems such as fire protection, alarm systems, and HVAC. We conducted a thorough review of project requirements and engaged with local resources to ensure a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and construction environment in Colombia.

As part of the project, we are reconfiguring the Bogotá CA Section to improve accessibility and functionality. This includes optimizing the layout to accommodate the needs of visa applicants and staff, along with establishing swing space to facilitate staff transitions during the renovation. Our commitment to this project aims to provide a modern and compliant diplomatic facility that supports the evolving needs of the U.S. diplomatic mission in Bogotá, ensuring the embassy's continued effectiveness in serving diplomatic and consular functions.
