U.S. Consulate Generator Replacement, Karachi, Pakistan

The project scope encompasses the comprehensive installation, replacement, and upgrading of generators within the U.S. Consulate General in Karachi. This involves a thorough evaluation of the existing systems to ensure seamless integration of new generators that meet the highest standards of efficiency and reliability. Our team is tasked with assessing the site layout and utilities, conducting environmental impact assessments, and coordinating with local regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all pertinent regulations.

Our project execution strategy includes detailed site investigations to determine the optimal placement of new generator units. We are committed to minimizing disruptions to the daily operations of the consulate while ensuring the timely and efficient completion of the project. This involves not only the physical installation of the generators but also the development of associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to support their operation.

In addition, Epik International is working closely with local vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and equipment, fostering partnerships that contribute to the local economy. Our project management team is dedicated to implementing best practices in logistics and supply chain management to ensure that all components arrive on-site when needed, thus adhering to our project timeline.

The project site, spanning 3.38 hectares (20.7 acres) at Plots 3, 4, and 5 in the New TPX Area on Mai Kolachi Road, is strategically located near Karachi Port, facilitating efficient transportation and access. Our goal is to enhance the operational capacity and resilience of the consulate through the installation of modern, robust generator systems, ensuring that the facility remains functional and secure regardless of external circumstances.
