Trade Tower 13th Floor Lease Fit Out, Tel Aviv, Israel

The Tel Aviv Lease Fit-Out (LFO) project represents a significant advancement in enhancing the functionality and safety of the U.S. Embassy facilities. Located on the 13th floor of the Trade Tower at 25 HaMered Street, this project is strategically positioned adjacent to the historic Neve Tzedek neighborhood, providing both a prestigious address and vital access to the commercial heart of Tel Aviv.


The project aims to deliver comprehensive design and construction services that align with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requirements. Our team's proven expertise in similar projects, including recent fit-outs in Wuhan and Shenyang, equips us to meet the unique challenges presented by this endeavor. Thorough research of the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and collaboration with local vendors and consultants have provided us with a nuanced understanding of the construction landscape in Israel.


The scope of work encompasses both demolition and fit-out processes that adhere to International Building Code standards and OBO guidelines. The demolition phase will prepare the space for a modern office environment, with the removal of non-load-bearing walls and outdated mechanical systems, followed by the installation of ergonomic furnishings and advanced lighting solutions. Security upgrades, such as Forced Entry rated walls and windows, will enhance the safety of the new space, ensuring compliance with stringent security protocols.


This project will not only create a secure and functional workspace but will also reflect the U.S. Government's commitment to operational excellence in its diplomatic missions.
