The Design-Build Team for this project comprised Framaco as the Prime Contractor, in collaboration with the Louis Berger Group and various Design Team members serving as the “Designer of Record.” Epik-Kolin Joint Venture acted as the prime subcontractor responsible for executing all unclassified works. In addition to these roles, Epik provided essential management and technical support services to Framaco, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of the project throughout its duration.

The project encompassed a comprehensive scope that included a complete design effort aimed at delivering state-of-the-art facilities tailored to meet operational needs. Central to the project was the construction of a new Office Building, designed to facilitate administrative functions and enhance productivity. Alongside this, a dedicated Workshops Building was constructed, equipped to support a variety of technical tasks and maintenance operations. The Marine Residence Building was also a key component, providing essential accommodations for personnel, while the Utility Building ensured that all necessary services were seamlessly integrated into the compound's infrastructure.

In addition to these core structures, the project featured the construction of a Service CAC Building and a Main CAC Building, both designed to serve as central hubs for community activities and services. A Consular CAC Building was also included, further supporting the operational requirements of the diplomatic mission. The scope of work extended to include extensive site works, ensuring that all facilities were properly integrated into the surrounding environment and that the infrastructure met the necessary standards for functionality and safety. This multifaceted approach not only enhanced the capabilities of the compound but also contributed to a cohesive and efficient operational environment.
