The scope consists of design and construction of Camp Alvarado Compound upgrades located in the Kabul International Airport area. The project is executed in a certain phasing plan, including night-shifts, to allow for un-interrupted operational functions of the facilities. Project involves design and construction of overhead steel canopies, sidewalls, T-walls on and around the existing buildings and bunkers, and construction of access building with fence and vehicular and pedestrian gates. Civil works involve connection lines to be tied-in to the nearest mains or branches, and roadways to the access building.
