Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Project Management: Direct all phases of construction, ensuring work is completed per schedule, budget, and safety regulations.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff for efficient project execution.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Enforce quality standards and adhere to regulatory codes, conducting regular inspections to verify compliance.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Address project challenges and adapt strategies to ensure continuity and successful outcomes.
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates and handling feedback.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in construction management, ideally with experience in high-value or international projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD), budgeting, and safety management.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to lead large teams and work effectively under pressure.
