The Project Manager will oversee project planning, resource management, and execution. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining client relationships, and managing all aspects of project delivery, from inception through close-out. Ideal candidates are experienced in large-scale construction, with expertise in project controls, risk management, and leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets; lead teams to ensure timelines and financial goals are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, maintaining transparent communication and addressing project issues as they arise.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently, control costs, and manage project financials to align with project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays or financial impact, implementing proactive solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead a diverse project team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment, and providing mentorship as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project management, preferably in large-scale construction or engineering projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), budget tracking, and risk management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
