The Quality Control Manager will lead quality assurance and control measures for construction projects, conducting inspections, audits, and documentation to ensure adherence to project specifications. This role requires in-depth knowledge of industry quality standards, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills to coordinate with project teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control Planning: Develop and implement quality control programs, establishing benchmarks and ensuring all project phases meet quality standards.
• Inspection & Testing: Conduct inspections, material tests, and audits; manage third-party testing where applicable.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of inspections, test results, and non-compliance resolutions; prepare quality reports for stakeholders.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all work complies with local and international codes, client standards, and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in quality control management within the construction industry.
