The Safety & Health Program Manager will lead safety initiatives, develop project-specific safety plans, and ensure all construction activities meet or exceed regulatory standards. This role is crucial in creating a culture of safety, coordinating training, and promoting best practices across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development & Implementation: Establish and oversee site-specific safety and health programs, aligning with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Training & Compliance: Conduct safety orientations, facilitate regular training, and ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations.
• Incident Management & Reporting: Lead investigations for incidents and near-misses, maintaining documentation and recommending corrective actions.
• Audit & Inspection: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring proactive mitigation efforts.

Location: Varies by Project (Worldwide Opportunities)

Employment Type: Project based full-time

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in safety management within construction or a similar industry.
• Certifications: CSP, ASP, or other relevant safety certifications preferred.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership and communication skills, and an ability to foster a safety-first culture.
